Positive: The location is excellent, right in front of Hyde Park and close to the convention center. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Inna was very kind and always available to help with anything we needed.
Negative: Almost everything was good overall. Some of the appliances are a bit old, but they work well and do their job properly. There were some moths coming in at night, but closing the windows solved the problem easily.

Positive: The host was very forthcoming about the best places to go to enjoy the city including where to go for groceries. The location was great, very close to everything and walking distance to some great points of interest. The building facilities were impeccable - spa, sauna, pool, and gym - with incredible views of the city.
Negative: We found the host to be a little too forthcoming about previous guests in a negative way, and felt that their approach was unprofessional for a few reasons. Firstly we were questioned far too much about the purpose of our stay, they lingered too long chatting in the studio apartment, and we highlighted some things that were an issue (nothing that was quickly remediable so not brought up during the stay of two nights and didn’t want more awkwardness). Yet she asked more than once for a 10 star review, and we were told not to leave any review at all after our verbal in person feedback. It was uncomfortable at best and my daughters even noted how uncomfortable they were. I will not ever be told what to do and honest accounts help future potential guests choose the right accomodation. The room is advertised as 1 bedroom but in fact it is a studio and certainly not appropriate for 5 people. The bathroom had black mould including on the ceiling, on bathroom walls, the shower curtain hooks were vile, and has not been thoroughly cleaned (I have video evidence), there was 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for two days, the beds were rock hard, and the stove appears to be in desperate need of replacing. The airconditioner also needs a clean or replacement with my daughter’s head having black bits being spat out all over her head. The photos included are just a small snapshot of everything. I do hope the host takes this on board to make some improvements and refrains from bad mouthing her guests to other guests in the future.
